INSIDE is a unique space for recreation and retreats, including 50 modern mini-villas, 5 vip-villas, 8 rooms in the cave, a restaurant with 108 seats, spa, areas for yoga and other practices, a conference hall for 500 people, a tea house, a large-scale welcome-center, art objects, underground river, holy spring and much more. INSIDE is a unique resort surrounded by three canyons in the heart of tourist Bali. Conceptually ideal for retreats of all levels. The project will be realized in the most Instagrammable way possible, where each location will beckon guests to take photos and post INSIDE on social media.
Architects have developed 3 typologies of units: Inside Portal, Inside Deluxe Portal, Inside Vip Portal. These are full-fledged mini-villas with all the amenities: kitchen, terrace and their own space. The unique mirrored facade and landscaping will allow our guests to immerse themselves in the enveloping atmosphere of the jungle.

The developer is offering a 50% equity stake in the entirety of the resort, encompassing not only individual villas but a proportional ownership in the corporate entity that encompasses the entire property. The investor stands to benefit not only from villa rentals but also from the comprehensive commercial infrastructure planned for the premises, including a restaurant, spa, conference facilities, retail outlets, dry cleaning services, and an array of diversified activities.
The investor will be integrated into the consortium of company founders with a 50% ownership interest in the company's capital.
Emphasizing a commitment to cost-based construction, the developer's focus is not directed towards deriving profits from the construction phase. Instead, mutual profitability will be realized in conjunction with the investor subsequent to the successful launch of the resort.
