Waterproofing Tocher

Minimum 2–10 years of hands-on experience in waterproofing works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Proven experience in roof waterproofing, basement waterproofing, wet areas (toilets, kitchens), podiums, balconies, and water tanks. Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems including: Torch-applied bituminous membranes (APP / SBS) Polyurethane (PU) coatings Cementitious waterproofing systems Acrylic coatings Experience in surface preparation, crack repairs, expansion joint treatment, and proper application techniques. Experience in supervising waterproofing teams and ensuring quality control and safety compliance. Ability to conduct water ponding tests, inspections, and rectification works.
