UI UX Designer

We need someone who can make our products feel effortless from the very first tap. You’ll design interfaces that look good, work smoothly, and make users think “this just makes sense.” Think of yourself as the person who turns complex ideas into clean, intuitive experiences. Our mission: Build products that feel simple on the surface and powerful underneath. What you’ll do: • Design user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity screens • Create prototypes that bring ideas to life • Work closely with devs to make sure designs ship exactly as intended • Improve usability by talking to real users and understanding their pain points • Maintain and evolve design systems across multiple products You are: • Obsessed with clean, thoughtful design • Comfortable exploring ideas fast inside Figma • Able to explain your decisions clearly • Curious, detail driven, and big on user empathy You have: • 1 to 3 years of UI UX design experience • A portfolio that shows real shipped work, not just concept shots • Experience designing mobile first products (bonus if you’ve worked with dev teams before) • Understanding of design systems and component thinking Why you’ll love it: • Shape the UX of multiple products across civic tech, AI, and consumer apps • Work in a creative, fast moving environment with lots of ownership • Real impact on products people actually use • Creative freedom with startup flexibility • Fully remote with async friendly workflows All roles are fully remote 🌍.
