UAE Graduate Trainee 2026 (UAE Nationals with a Family Book Only)

This Role is open for UAE Nationals with a family book ONLY due to mandatory regulatory requirements. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Functional Title: UAE Graduate Trainee Program Location : Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE Department : Country management Reporting Line: multiple reporting lines according to rotation schedule Contract: Fixed Term Contract (2 years) Conditions: shortlisted candidate need to have a UAE family book (khulasat alqaid) Job description: Mission Throughout the graduate program, the candidate will be rotated in various departments within our Dubai or Abu Dhabi Branch. The program is run over 2 years. Each rotation will be for three months where the candidate will be having a supervisor working closely with. Direct Responsibilities The candidate will be provided with a list of tasks upon the beginning of each rotation.
