Spray painter - Joinery and Upholstery

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in joinery and upholstery finishing. The role involves delivering smooth, high-quality paint finishes on furniture, woodwork, and upholstered items while meeting project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Carry out spray painting and finishing for joinery items, furniture, cabinets, doors, and upholstery components. • Prepare surfaces by sanding, sealing, priming, and cleaning prior to painting. • Mix and apply paints, lacquers, PU finishes, stains, and varnishes as per specifications. • Operate spray guns and finishing equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes. • Inspect finished products for color consistency, defects, and overall quality. • Perform touch-ups and minor corrections when required. • Maintain spray tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition. • Follow all health and safety procedures in the workshop and on site. • Coordinate with carpenters, upholsterers, and supervisors to meet project deadlines. • Comply with company policies and UAE Labour Law regarding working hours, attendance, and workplace conduct. Requirements • 2–3 years of experience as a spray painter in joinery, furniture, or upholstery works. • Good knowledge of finishing materials such as PU paint, lacquer, polish, and stains. • Skilled in surface preparation and spray application techniques. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physically fit for workshop and site work. • Eligible to work in the UAE under a valid employment visa.
