Aggregator Executive / Online Ordering Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Aggregator Executive to manage and oversee our online food delivery platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with delivery apps such as Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, Noon, Keeta and similar platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal online performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all food delivery and online ordering platformsCoordinate menu uploads, pricing, photos, and promotions across appsMonitor daily orders, resolve order-related issues, and liaise with aggregator support teamsEnsure timely updates of availability, timings, and discountsAnalyze sales performance and prepare basic reportsCoordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillmentHandle customer complaints and feedback received through aggregator platformsRequirements: Proven experience working with food delivery apps (Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, Noon, etc.)Good understanding of aggregator dashboards and toolsStrong communication and coordination skillsBasic knowledge of sales reporting and Excel is an advantageAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferredWhat We Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience)Supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow with the companyJob Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
